Project Scope

• We were responsible for monitoring the base build works.
• The project scope included all aspects of the fit-out of 300,000 sq ft of office accommodation including restaurant, auditorium and conference centre.
• We had overall responsibility for controlling the budget, design and construction.

• Monitored the Base Build by the developer for the client
• Assisted the negotiations on practical issues for the development agreement and lease
• Appointed the professional team
• Managed the design of the overall interior
• Managed the fit-out
• Co-ordinated all IT
• Installed conference centre, kitchen, restaurant and catering services
• Managed procurement and construction.

Results

• Project completed on time and to budget
• Completed with less than 250 snags.
